Based in Atlanta, Georgia -- the Falcons is a professional football team which goes back to 1966 when he started out playing for the Eastern conference, the very next year (1967) they moved onto the Western Conference and for nearly 31 years (1970 to 2001) there were part of the national football conference West division. From 2002 until today they have played under the NFC South division, just like the Tennessee Titans and the Houston Texans, the Falcons started out as an expansion team but they have quickly become a very recognized one.
