Is getting my ex back possible or is it impossible? Will I get back with my ex?

Well, there is no definite answer to this question. It really depends. What you will want to know is that doing certain things will increase your chances of getting back together with your ex.

Of course, there are definitely other things that you do not want to do. Doing them can spoil your relationship and makes it even harder to get back with your ex.

Perhaps, the number one thing you want to do after a breakup is to work on yourself. When you have just broken up, you will be too emotionally down to make any good decision about your future. Perhaps, you are not too sure whether you want to get back with your ex or you want to move on.

So, let us discuss some ways that you can use to improve your emotions. When you are in a positive sate of mind, you will place yourself in a better position to get back your ex.

1) Cry out loud if you want

Don't get the wrong idea here. I am not suggesting that you cry in front of your boyfriend/girlfriend. In fact I strongly discourage you to do that,

... can do is to cry in the privacy of your own room or even in front of a trusted friend. And for guys reading this, it is alright to cry. Crying is not a sign of weakness. It is just a very healthy way to relieve emotional tension.

Furthermore, there is no need to worry about someone finding out because you are doing it inside your own room. Nobody will know.

2) Speaking it out

Don't keep everything inside your heart. It is not good for your health, physically or mentally. It is best that you can speak to someone about it. This may in fact be one of the best ways to heal your emotion. You don't need to tell many people about it. Just fin one person that you trust and talk to him/her.

3) Exercising

You want to create a bit of motion. Being motionless will made you more depress. I know you will not feel like moving around now but try exercising. You will definitely feel much better after a good work out.

Once you are in a healthier emotional state, you will definitely be in a much better decision to get back your ex.
