Steps To Cook Pad Thai Recipe

Thai food are the world known. Everyone wants to cook Thai food at home. There are various Thai recipes that are well known such as Thai green curry, Thai red curry, pad Thai recipe etc. and people like to cook them. To cook Thai recipes at home you should have proper knowledge of procedure of Thai cooking and the ingredients required to cook them.

To cook pad Thai recipe the main ingredient required is the pad Thai sauce . However you can purchase it from market but if you want to make authentic pad Thai recipe then you should prefer to prepare it at home. To make sauce the required ingredients are 250ml hot water, 2 tbsp tamarind pulp, 5 tbsp fish sauce, you can purchase fish sauce from the shop. The fish sauce is little bit salty you don't need to add salt in it. Chopped red chilli , 5 cm cube of plam suger. To make sauce mix the tamarind pulp with hot water and stir to dissolve. Add other ingredients to it and make sure that the sugar is dissolved very well. After dissolving all the ingredients check the taste of pad Thai sauce. ... with noodles it will lost its strong flavor. You can store this pad Thai sauce in a jar and use it upto one month.

Now to cook pad Thai recipe the ingredients required are salt, 4 eggs, 3 cups beans sprouts, pad Thai noodles, pad Thai sauce, 3tbsp peanut oil, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp red pepper flakes, 2 tbsp chopped carrots, 1 cup green onion cut into pieces, 3 cup chopped peanuts.

To start making pad Thai dish first of all boil the noodles and bean sprouts in different pots for about 3-5 minutes. When they boiled properly drain them and rinse under cold water. Take a bowl and beat eggs in it, add a pinch of salt. Now heat the peanut oil in a frying pan until it start sizzling when splashed with water. Add chopped garlic, pepper flakes, chopped carrots and onion in it. Mix well and fry for few seconds. Take another frying pan and heat the peanut oil in it. Now add the beaten egg in it and scrambled gently. When eggs are cooked then add the pad Thai sauce, the fried veg, noodles and toss together. Serve it hot. For more flavor you can add lemon juice before serving.
