The Tagua nut and so most of the tagua jewelry comes from the northwestern parts of South America, mostly from the costal areas of Ecuador, which is the home for the Tagua palms in its various species.

In the costal area of Ecuador, ost notably the province of Manabí, the tagua handicrafts sustain a good part of the local economy.

All the Tagua beads are hand painted to the perfection by the professional Tagua artists.
