There are large numbers of people in this world who want to go and settle in United States. Working there is dream of many individuals. USCIS sends an approval notice to US employer, if all requirements are met. With the help of this approval notice, an applicant can obtain H1 visa from US consulate. In case of denial, USCIS notify the reason of rejection in writing.
H-1B visa holders can transfer their visa by submitting transfer petition to USCIS, if they desire to shift to a new employer. There is no limit to the number of H-1B transfers. When it comes to these transfers, one may require submitting H-1B approval documents, passport copies, latest resume; last 3 months pay slips, copies of I-94 records, copy of social security card, copy of existing valid visa and copy of all diploma or degrees.
