Resort To The Best For All Your Copier And Printer Needs
Richard is a young professional who has joined a big corporation house just after completing his undergraduate course. He is a very enthusiastic employee who is eager to learn anything and everything of the office administration, sales and marketing and finance. After few weeks of on the job training in various departments; including finance, sales, administration, marketing and logistics, he has been place in the administration department. He is in charge of the total office supplies, maintenance of the stock, liaison with the vendors etc.
The enthusiastic employee as he is, he first streamlined the information on the office supplies requirement of each department on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. He then went through their current stock and fixed a reorder level. He reorganized the processes got in touch with the existing vendors and even negotiated the rates as he felt some of the vendors were charging on the higher side. There were multiple vendors supplying paper, pen, eraser, pencil, staples, adhesives, printer toner, copier parts, envelopes etc.

... about six months of hard and focused effort in restructuring every process from vendor management to stock maintenance, from gathering timely requisitions from different departments to supplying the requisite amount of supplies; he thought he did it all. However, one day after he just joined the office after two days of leave, he was summoned by the administration director. He was quite disturbed, and explained that the projects department is in the midst of an important project and they have difficulty in progressing as they have run out of printer toner. There were no Konica toner in the stock and an emergency situation has been created. Though not his fault, Richard has to act immediately to get a replacement, as the project delivery date was approaching.
Though, Richard committed to the director to get a replacement within two days, he was himself not very sure of getting it done. He had long discussion with the existing vendors and after checking their stock and delivery processes, the vendors could not commit to help Richard to keep his commitments. Richard has not faced such an emergency in his six months tenure and he was completely clueless as to go about it. Suddenly an idea struck him and he as the last resort started searching the web for some good online portal to supply him the requisite supply. Searching for a few minutes he found and impressive list of online vendors, and he gave the top one a call. He was surprised to find that this online store is extremely customer friendly and placed an order immediately. Since it was 3pm at that time, Richard was told that his order will be shipped that very day.
Relieved that the emergency has been taken care of he was eager to report it to the director. Before that he went through the site of Copier Supply Store to find out more about it. He was surprised to find that this Store is in operation for the past 40 years, starting its glorious journey in the year 1973. Operating out of the warehouse located in Florida, this store catered to a league of highly satisfied customers. It deals in Original as well as Generic copier and printer supplies and their parts. Konica Imaging Units and toner being one of the items.
