How To Resolve Printer Problem On The Home Network

As we know there are different kinds of printers that can help us to get the print job done, i.e. USB printer or a printer on Home Network. These days we all come across situation when we are stuck with the printer that does not print. However, there are not as complicated as they look. Almost all the issue are resolve able and you can actually resolve them on your own.

In case you are trying to print through the network printer and then you should make sure the printer is turned on and the router that connects the printer to the network is also turned on.

In case every thing is turned on and yet it is not able to print it may be a problem with the printers IP address. There can be a conflict in the IP address and thus you may not be able to print. IN that case please turn off the printer and then computers and then your router. Wait for a minute or two and then turn them on in the following order, first the router and then computer and then printer.

Please check if you can print from the computers or not and in case you can print with the help of other computer and then try to uninstall the drivers and then install it back again. The process is very easy all you have to do is click on the start menu and then click on the all program and then look for the printer and then once you find the printer please click on the one the uninstall utility under the printer.

Once the uninstaller is complete then please go to the all programs and then look for the printer and then click for the install the printer and then check if you can print the documents or not.

However if you are still not able to print the printer please download the print diagnostic utility that is available on the manufacturer website and it will automatically set the setting and check for the problem and will report it back to you the cause of the problem so that you can check the problem on your own in the future.
