As the nights draw in, hotel bedrooms need to have lots of lighting to avoid them looking dull and dark. With such a brightly lit room there should be complimenting colours. The obvious choice for winter would be warming colours. These include dark browns, reds, terracotta and ‘earthy’ colours. These give off a warming atmosphere that will help your guests feel welcome and at ease when they come in from the cold weather.
