Are you ready to take your new pretty colleague out for a date? Hesitating over how to impress her and what to order for dinner? Why not invite her to your house and get the dinner ready by yourself? You can take help of ordered foods as well, but if you are serious about the girl, try to win her by cooking a tangy lobster tails dish for dinner. Seafood dinners are most enjoyable when you share it with someone special. Here are some tips on how you could make a simple yet tasty item with lobster tails.

This item is called Island Baked Lobster and you will need some very common items to get the dish ready. Check your nearby grocery store for the below items:

Four oz fish stock

A four lbs Bermuda lobster

Two ounces of rosemary and thyme

Two small chopped onions

Two oz butter

Bread crumbs (fresh)

Salt and pepper at per your taste

For garnishing you need some melted butter and wedges

Now when you have collected all the items in your kitchen, ...
... start with the lobster. Cut it in two pieces from the middle and clean the head in cold tap water to clean the cavity. Try to loosen the meat at the tail and sprinkle some salt and pepper over it. Then you can brush it with some butter. Keep the lobster tails apart and take the pan. Heat one table spoon butter in the pan and add the chopped onions. Saute the onions till the color turns to golden brown. Then add the fresh bread crumbs and also fry it for two minutes. Pour the fish stocks and then the herbs in to the pan.

Add required quantity of salt and pepper as per your taste. Now you have to cook it until it is done. When finished, take the pan off and cool it. Now take the stuffing and put into the lobster’s cavity, fill it fully from head to tail. If you are left with any melted butter, pout it over and put it into the preheated oven at 450 degree F. You need to wait for a moderate 15 minutes till it is done. Check if the lobster tails are firm, then garnish it with lemon and if you wish, add some more melted butter at the top.

Get the atmosphere ready

If you have decided to do the cooking for this special guest of yours, make some more arrangements to celebrate the special seafood dinner with your girl. Switch off the electric lights and get the scented candles ready to be lit. Decorate the table with some orchids in a vase and you are ready to welcome her for the dinner.
