So we can call this process as thermal treatment. But incineration is a controversial method of waste disposal in some countries, since there is a chance for emission of certain poisonous gases. In countries like Japan, this the mostly used waste disposal method.

Recycling method – This method is considered to be the best method of waste disposal. With this waste disposal method we can reuse the waste. Recycling method can be classified into four types. They are physical reprocessing, biological reprocessing, energy recovery and composting. In physical reprocessing, consumer products such as aluminum beverage cans, aerosol cans, pet jars, glass bottles and paperboard cartons are recycled to useful materials. Biological reprocessing is the recycling of plant, paper and food materials into organic matter. In composting method, aerobic microorganisms convert waste into organic materials.
