For any American English speaker, getting his speech recognized on Siri is not tough but it becomes difficult with users who have an English accent that is influenced by accent of his local language. Something that user can do to get his speech recognized on Siri is to speak clearly with natural English accent and to break down his questions into short sentences that a machine can understand.
The real artificial intelligent has still not been invented. But Siri may be one step towards that. With good American English accent, Siri can do things beyond expectations.
