Headaches are more prominent among most people today. All the people in the world would have suffered from headache at least one in their life time. For this you require proper sleep, you can stretch your neck and back muscles regularly. Have a good diet by consuming more vegetables, minerals. This can help you stay fit and reduce your headaches. Even practicing yoga on a regular basis could help you reduce headaches.
