Chinese cuisine – a good food experience

Chinese adopted various ways of cooking in different regions. From north to south and from east to west, we can see a wide variation in their cooking style. Some of the famous Chinese dishes are Shanghai noodles, Sichuan soup and Beijing duck. Among other dishes, Beijing food is the most famous food. Cantonese food is mostly steamed, boiled or stir fried. In the southwestern province of China, they follow Sichuan food. The food will be spicier, as they use chili pepper oil to give a special taste to the dish.

Indian Cuisine can stimulate you taste buds

Indian Cuisine is one of the sophisticated and diverse cuisines in the world. The Indian food available in worldwide restaurants is North Indian or Mughlai food. The three categories of Indian cuisine are south, east and west. Each category is entirely different from other. Throughout India, be it North India or south India, the food will be generally spicy. We can see both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. In states like the Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, chapatti is the staple food. Besides chapatti, they also cook Rumaali and Naan. However in the northern region impact of Mughlai food is quite obvious. Going to east, the food includes idlis, dosas, and rice puttu.

Thai cuisine – a blend of Eastern and Western culture

The characteristics of Thai food depend on the occasion. In original Thai cooking, large chunks of meat are shredded and laced with herbs and spices. A normal Thai meal will consist of a soup, a curry dish with condiments, a dip with accompanying fish and vegetables. Earlier they adopted cooking methods like stewing, baking and grilling.
