You will find that some website administrators will regularly go through their reviews and delete them if they contain even a small criticism. If you add things like contact us for price of supply and shipping of 200+ units’ then it isn’t immediately apparent what the cost will be.

When people are looking for a product online they want to know how much, what options are there with the item, what are the shipping costs and when will delivery be. If you can’t supply that basic information in an upfront and easily found and read manner then you’re failing your customers.
