The Gypsy Broadway show is here in your city to enchant you with its bunch of striking performers! Opening on March 27, 2008, this show will make you revel in the magic of theatre. Originally produced in 1959, based on the book by Arthur Laurenta, this musical is marked with an intriguing storyline and terrific melodies.

The story is based on a well-known striptease artist, Gypsy Rosa Lee. The musical focuses on Mama Rose, whose name has turned into a symbol of the ultimate show business mother. Mama Rose has a dream - she wants her daughters, June and Louise, to build their careers onstage and become big stars. The character of Louise is inspired by Lee, while the character of June is inspired by the actress June Havoc, who was Lee's sister.
