Start up for dinner with Maine Lobster- An amazing cooking recipe


How about Maine lobster for seafood dinner this weekend? Just imagine the two of you gorging on the flesh of handpicked lobsters from the coastal region of Maine!! It’s quite understandable that the freshest meat would taste like heaven. If you want to surprise your best friend you can call her for seafood dinner this weekend. The three of you can have gala time over the table. Take a look at this amazing baked and stuffed Maine lobster recipe:

... After rinsing the lobsters cut them down from the middle.

Fresh frozen scallops, ¼ pound

Fresh and frozen shrimp, ¼ pounds

Fresh and frozen Maine crab, ¼ pound

Tobacco sauce, 2 drops

Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon

Granulated garlic, ¼ teaspoon

Parmesan cheese (grated), 4 tablespoon

Sherry wine, 2 tablespoon

Molten butter and 30 crackers


Preparation: Firstly sauté the shrimp, scallops and crab meat in butter. Now, add the remaining stuffing materials and blend them with butter, so that the stuffing remains together. Slowly stuff the lobsters. Shower the parmesan cheese and paprika. Leave it to bake in an oven at 375® for around 20 minutes. The oven baked lobster should be golden brown. The lobster tails should come up. Add sparsely and lemon wedge along with molten butter.
