We have had a number of evidences that the mobile phone usres who want to switch from BlackBerry to other brans are growing. We carried out a survey and came out with alarming fact that nearly three quarters of the BlackBerry users want to change their cell phones.
It is must to tell you that RIM has been passing through a tough time with regard to its phones over the last two months. And this revelation about the mindset of users is really heartbreaking for the manufacturer.

We know that BlackBerry’s first computer tablet BlackBerry PlayBook hit the market last year. Since it was the first tablet from the brand, fans of manufacturers were excited, nevertheless it does not live up to the expectations. The brand has dreamt that the tablet would give a tough fight to Apple’s iPad, it did not sell much. Natalie Farren,who manages a tatoo parlour in Birmingham had bougth a BlackBerry a year ago, but now this 25 year old young lady want to dispose of the handset. Ask her why? She reasons, “I didn’t get what I wanted from the brand”. Now she plans to buy a handset of other brand. She says, “I will buy a new one as soon I have money”. She has a number of problems with the handset. She found the handset unreliable, freezing and clumsy camera.

Most of the applications of the phone don’t run smoothly. All in all, one cannot expect such performance from an expensive phone like that.At first I thought they were initial problems and I would work out them. For my disappointment, it did not get well. However, there are still a number of customers who are happy with the brand. We can also calculate market share, the handset is selling well in the UK, but not as many as Apple, Nokia and Samsung.
