Singapore which homes largest number of millionaires of the world lives an opulent lifestyle. If you have the money to spare, you will be treated to exquisite choices in shopping and dining. From towering sky scrapers to well maintained modern public transport system, heritage sites and wild life parks – the attractions that will satisfy your curiosity are also there.

Singapore is a city-state in South East Asia. It is situated off the southern tip of Malay Peninsula. This island country is made up of sixty three islands.

Singapore Tour Package can include various destinations of South East Asia. Singapore is considered an ideal stop over or springboard to various attractions of South east Asia. Singapore is well connected with various South east Asian countries. South East Asia is a marvelous assortment with exotic and modern attractions and no two regions offer the same experience. There are cruises from Singapore to many destinations including Malacca, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Langkawi, Redang and Tioman in Malaysia; and Phuket, Krabi, Ko Samui and Bangkok ...
... in Thailand. There are some intermittent cruises to Borneo in Malaysia, Sihanoukville in Cambodia and Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.

As there is scarcity of land there is a fondness for skyscraper building. But there are also tasteful architectural specimens to be seen. Due to the pressure on space owning cars is made an expensive proposition. This shortcoming is made good by an efficient public transport system. New space is created by land reclamation from sea.

Singapore tourism packages take you to a country although highly urbanized and densely populated is fifty percent covered by greenery. About quarter of land area of Singapore consists of forests and nature reserves. Actually, urbanization has eliminated most of primary rainforest. Bukit Timah Nature Reserve homes the significant remaining forest. Although little of primary rain forest is left, there are more than three hundred parks and four nature reserves in Singapore. More and more trees are also planted every year. For this reason Singapore is known as Garden City.

Singapore is not only a main island but that island is surrounded by more than fifty islets. Some of the smaller islands offer a respite from the big city with their laidback ambience, idyllic beaches and inviting waters. The smaller islands of significance are Sentosa, Pulau Ubin, Kusu or “Turtle” Island and Lazarus and Sisters Islands.

Sentosa very near to city, is attractive with charming sandy beaches, unspoilt nature trails, exciting oceanarium and Dolphin Lagoon, historical sites, museums and scope for entertainment.

Pulau Ubin showcases what Singapore was thirty years ago with thatched huts, backyard orchards, dirt tracks and interesting wildlife. St. John’s Island is transformed into a tranquil resort with scope for watersports activities and holiday bungalows.

Lazarus and Sisters islands are known for snorkeling and diving.

Singapore Night Safari is the premier night zoo of the world. It is full of surprises with over thousand two hundred animals of over one hundred and ten exotic species on exhibit. The animals are in eight zones recreated along lines of various geographical regions like South east Asian rainforest, African Savanna, Nepalese River Valley, South American Pampas and Burmese jungle.

Singapore zoo is an open concept zoo which homes over two thousand creatures. It is internationally acclaimed for its clever use of rock walls and streams as natural barriers.
