Compact Access Database Tool Salvages The Indefensible Mdb Files From Errors
There are innumerable reasons which can damage the MDB files of Access database. Nobody can predict that when an event can strike and attack the indefensible files so one should stay geared up with the right technical knowhow to salvage the data. The Microsoft’s team has provisioned a repair & compact utility for restoring the corrupt Access Database. This tool has got the potential to perform only minor Access Database repairs.
If you notice that the Access Database is not behaving the way it should perform and also displaying a Jet Engine error then try the Compact Access 2007 Database utility. The Jet Engine Error appears while using records and queries of Access Database. It flashes with the following messages:
Jet has stopped the process because you and another user attempted to change the same data at the same time.
#Error
Records can't be read, no read permissions on MyDatabase.
Steps for using the compact Access Database tool:
Before using this tool don’t forget to prepare a copy of the damaged database table. Move the structure only file of the database to a new table. ...
... Simultaneously open both the tables (damaged and newly restructured database table) for viewing them. Come to the damaged table, scroll view menu, click datesheet view and copy the records.
Now in newly restructured table paste the records as exactly they were in the damaged database table. Create a replica of the damaged database by editing the new database. Test the database after every copy paste operation. Note down the data which cannot be moved to the new database.
After creating the replica of damaged database generate a separate database with a different name than damaged Access database. Replace the new database with previous one and eradicate the .IDB files from it.
Things to remember
Test the data after every time moving it into the new database and production line.
Do not delete the original database.

Rebuilding the database with the Microsoft tool is a very difficult thing. A personal with no technical background cannot refer this method. If the Access Database has not been restored the Access Database then use the RecoveryFIX for Access Database tool. This tool can salvage all the corrupt MDB files from the corrupt Access Database.
Recoveryfix has been designed to recover data from all errors and damages like:
Sudden shut down
Virus attack
Media corruption
Hard disk failure
Software malfunction
Jet Engine failure, etc.
If the repair & compact utility fails to fix the damages of Access Database then the Compact Access Database tool can be used. It retrieves the MDB files from any kind of Access Database error. This tool facilitates MDB recovery in two modes - Standard Mode and Template Mode.
The Standard Mode retrieves the MDB files from minor Access Database errors. The Template Mode facilitates MDB recovery from severe Access Database corruptions. In this mode a user can execute MDB recovery of even the lost database structure.
