Spa days are brilliant fun. They are relaxing and invigorating by turn, making them the perfect indulgence for yourself or gift for someone you love. But with so many different options available, which one should you go for? Read on to find out some key things to consider when you are choosing your spa day.

One thing you definitely need to do is decide which spa you want to go to. There are plenty available right across the country, from wonderful London spas to the big names and smaller, quiet establishments nestled in the beautiful countryside.
