We all go through 5 stages of the grieving process and they are: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. All of these are perfectly acceptable and a normal thought process. You will eventually come through and go through them at your own rate.
You have to be able to heal so that you can move on with the rest of your life. You have to try very hard to get through this grueling process; you will always love and remember them but you have to move on.
