Are You Sure Your Establishment Is Practicing The Right Food Hygiene?
When you own or operate an eating establishment of any sort, the right food hygiene is imperative. Not only is this governed by law, but it also means the safety of your customers and even your staff. Improperly handled or stored food can spoil very quickly and be very dangerous even if it's cooked thoroughly after it's gone bad.

As a manager or owner of a restaurant or eatery, you also want to think about how easy you're making it for your staff to put into practice what is needed for the right food hygiene. Do you have enough staff in the kitchen that handles dishwashing so that your staff always has clean dishes and utensils to use, so they're not tempted to simply wipe down their items? You may have washing facilities and other such stations that are required by law, but what about going above and beyond minimum requirements so that your staff can easily keep their hands clean or wash food properly as needed? Installing an extra sink or two in your kitchen and providing additional cutting surfaces can make a tremendous difference in effective food hygiene.

You cannot watch your staff every minute of every day when running a business, but providing them with an updated food handling course and emphasising the importance of proper storage and handling will ensure the best food hygiene in your particular establishment.
