Tell us something about yourself and your experience working with iDream as the Design Head.

Mr. Anant Mahadik is Mumbai Head, iDream and a Designer by profession.

I have been associated with iDream since the past two and a half years as Mumbai Design Head. It has been a very good experience, working with iDream. Here we get a very good scope for designing as iDream is largely working for the Corporate Sector. One can get very good exposure and knowledge at iDream.

On what kind of projects are you working and what kind of specialization does iDream focus on?

Being the Creative Design Head, I endeavour look out for more and more modernism in our designs to make our works look outstanding and at the same time fit the demands of the clients. We try to utilise latest materials which are available in the market and we try to provide our best outputs to the clients.

What kind of projects does iDream handle - is it for small, medium or large enterprises?

At present we work on all types of corporate office projects with areas ranging from 5,000sq ft. to 50,000 sq ...
... ft. Today there are a lot of international offices setting up shop in India, so our type of work has good scope.

Does iDream handle projects only in Mumbai?

No, iDream is not limited to only Mumbai. We work in locations across the country besides Mumbai viz. Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad etc.

Have you ever travelled out of town for any projects and how has been your experience?

As per the projects requirement, we often travel to Delhi, Bangalore and Ahmedabad. The travelling part is really good and also working at different places and travelling at the same time is altogether a different and a great experience. We are getting a really good exposure and project experience.

What kind of work culture is followed at iDream?

We have a very good atmosphere and very good culture to work in iDream. There is absolutely no pressure with regards to our project completion its very flexible and free hand project handling that we do at iDream. There is ofcourse a little bit of pressure from the client, but that is a part of the project, other than that the working is very smooth and efficiently handled by the team at iDream.

How are the fellow colleagues and the work atmosphere in iDream?

The fellow colleagues are really very supportive and help each other a lot for various projects.

Lastly, I want to say that it is a really good experience working with iDream, we are growing and want to grow more.
