The important features of the festival are flower shows, dog shows, boating races and a colorful fair. Adiperukku Festival is another popular Yercaud festival. People believe it auspicious to have a dip in Kaveri River during the Adiperukku festival. Huge number of tourist visits this land during these two Yercaud festivals and enjoys the green city in the light of different colors of festivity.
