Originated in china, the calamondin fruit is traditionally used as a Pilipino fruit. It also belongs to citrus family and tastes like a sour tangerine. Just cut the fruit into thin slices and pour in about 1 quart of boiling water and steep. When the mixture is cool you can use as a final conditioning rinse.
