Water Filters have the capability to remove chlorine from your drinking water. They also remove other contaminants that pose health risks.

We all know that you should drink 8 glasses of water daily to maintain a healthy lifestyle but drinking water straight from the faucet may not be as healthy as we would like. Many studies have shown that water which contains chlorine can cause many problems including skin irritants and other problems such as acne, and rashes. When water companies put chlorine in their water to kill germs they also inadvertently remove Vitamin E in the chlorination process.

The water companies use chlorine to disinfect water because it is relatively cheap and very easy. They have used this method for many many years as a successful way to make water healthy to drink.

Chlorine in water we drink kills vitamin E and essential fatty acids we need. This causes acne to breakout on our face, arms and back. The chlorine also kills beneficial bacteria in our intestines which aid in our digestive tracts. This in turn produces free radicals and causes an increase to our absorption of toxic ...
... substances.

We eat organize foods and yogurt that have good enzymes which we need for healthy immune systems. The chlorine also destroys some enzymes.

Since we are unable to change the water companies from cleaning water using a different form we need to eliminate cholorine from our drinking water ourselves. To do this the best method is to find a water filter that successfully removes and eliminates chlorine as well as other harmful contaminants from the drinking water we consume.

Make sure when you read your water filter specifications that it does remove chlorine.

You can get an inexpensive water filter if you just need to have good drinking water. This may be important for you if you have a weakened immune system or you are elderly or have small children. Enjoy healthier water.

Just be extra caution when buying a new filter that someone does not try to over sell you just to make a buck. Do the research yourself and make sure you don't pay too much for something that you can get a lot cheaper that does the same thing. You can get a good drinking water filter at a discount store, everyday superstore and do not have to go to a specialty store to buy one to drink healthy water.
