Never heard about Pay Per Play audio ads? You must have been living in a cave! Pay per Play audio advertising is the "next big thing" for web site owners to make a ton of dough. Follow along as we explain what they are and how they may benefit you.

NetAudioAds has been running small audio ads embedded in websites around the World Wide Web for almost 3 years. Whenever someone visits a Web page embedded with a pay per play audio advertisement embedded in it they hear a quick five second commercial. The embedded code ensures that the visitor will only hear that quick five second commercial once a day but that will happen on every single page he visits on a website. Since the commercial is only five seconds long the only way the visitor can avoid it is to not have their sound on as they surf the Web.

The upshot of all the talk about how great this "new" advertising medium is for website owners is that the visitor does not have to click on an ad such as with a banner advertisement or with Google Adsense blocks. This is an obvious advantage since you don't need someone clicking on the net to pay off on all your hard work and generating website traffic. Obviously those with rich content sites who have a lot of visitors could possibly do very well with this type of revenue stream. NetAudioAds reportedly has over 66,000 advertisers such as Harley Davidson and Taco Bell and they have served up more than 43 million ad plays every single month for over 2 1/2 years! NetAudioAds now says it has a special deal with one of the big five search engines and that means they're poised to increase those ad plays tremendously over the next few years. Anyone see the opportunity in all of this?

The small website owner over the years has struggled to make much of a revenue stream for all his hard work. These pay per play audio ads may change all of that very soon. It's no wonder people have been talking this up a lot lately. The obvious opportunity is staggering and now you can understand why it is being called "the next big thing" on the Internet.
