If you are a nurse and you are wanting to start your own nursing staffing
agency, then you probably don't need as much money as you may think you do.

As a nurse, you already have a skill that is needed in the medical industry.
Nothing is more needed today than a RN and as an RN you can begin your
own nursing agency with far less than a person who has no license.

That does not mean a non RN cannot start a staffing agency, what it means
Is that as a non-RN, you will have to spend more money because unlike a
RN, you cannot cover the shifts.

A RN can cover shifts once they are able to secure contracts with medical
facilities. This helps reduce costs and helps with your goal of reducing
the amount of money you need to get started.

I have seen some RN staffing agencies begin with as little as $1,000, but
I have also seen some companies begin with as much as $100,000. It just
really depends on how deep your pockets are and how much time you
are willing to spend on your business.

You do not need a lot of money to start your business. ...
... There are certain
things you will need to make sure your business is legal and that you
have the right tools to get started.

I have found that the average person must realize that it will take more
time than money. Visiting facilities and talking to potential customers.
This I believe is the number one tool and action to have and understake
when starting your own RN staffing Agency.

I can say for certain that I am a living testament of starting my own
medical staffing agency with less than $2,000. I had my own office,
I had my own computer, I had my own toll free number, I had a
corporate mailing address, I even had my own marketing material.

I was able to do payroll and I was able to find contracts with less than
$2,000 of startup capital. Nothing, and I mean nothing was left to
chance. I had a limited budget and I was able to get the business.

The kind of services I offered was radiology staffing at first. I wanted
To move into nursing staffing and then respiratory staffing, but was only
limited by time and not so much money.

There is not reason as an RN that you too can do this.
