Once the theme is finalized, it is the advertiser’s duty to frame the final brand message that should be communicated to customers. One important point to be noted is that the advertising language should be customer-friendly i.e. it should be easily understood by customers without any confusion. A complex advertising message distracts customers’ attention instead of attracting.
Which medium of advertising is preferred by customers is another important marketing strategy to be minutely evaluated. By presenting the ad message through the most reachable channel, the advertiser has more chance of providing richer impact amongst customers. A proper media planning forms one of the bases of launching any ad campaign of a product. A strong media vehicle effectively conveys the brand message and provides an effective appeal amongst customers. On the other hand, a poor channel of communication may only foil the overall objective of the promotion campaign. Though there are numerous channels of advertising a brand, advertisers should keep it in mind that every advertising channel doesn’t work for any brand.
Choosing the favourite or preferred channel of communication as per the study on customers’ behaviour is the ideal solution.
