Take a dry, clean cloth and wipe the battery. Make sure to remove any residue on the battery. If there is any buildup that does not come off easily, use a small piece of steel wool to clean it all off. Be careful to not scratch or damage the metal contact that is on the battery. IF there is any residue inside the compartment where the battery sits in the casing wipe it out very well too. You can use a pencil or other small, narrow object to make sure the rag can get into the corner areas.
Unplug the Samsung camera charger. Use an alcohol pad to clean the charger contacts on both units. Let them dry completely before plugging the unit back into the receptacle.

Try it out!

After the units are thoroughly dry and the Samsung camera charger is plugged back into the electrical socket, place the batteries back into the camera. Then place the camera on the charger. If the batteries charge the cleaning was successful. If they do not charge again even after the units are cleaned then you will probably need to purchase a new battery pack. If they still do not work then you may need to purchase a new Samsung Camera Charger.
