8 Effective Ways To Cure Hemorrhoids, Piles Naturally
Hemorrhoids, also known as piles are a condition characterized by swelling or enlargement of veins in lower part of rectum or anus. Hemorrhoids or piles fall into two categories: internal hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids occur at the starting point of the rectum. They stay within the anus and are not visible. External hemorrhoids occurring at the opening of the anus are pendulous in nature. They hang out of the anus and can be seen. Medically hemorrhoids/piles have the following four grades or stages:
Stage 1: Stage 1 hemorrhoids develop inside the rectum and stay within.
Stage 2: Stage 2 hemorrhoids are pushed out when the bowels open and re-enter anus when its done.
Stage 3: Stage 3 hemorrhoids protrude from anus and go back in only when you push those inwards with your fingers.
Stage 4: Stage 4 hemorrhoids permanently dangle outside the anus.
The causes of hemorrhoids are:
1. Straining during passing stool
2. Constipation
3. Pregnancy and child birth
4. Obesity
5. Severe cough and sneeze condition
6. Prolonged sitting

Hemorrhoids are triggered by factors like wrong diet, sedentary lifestyle, stress and wrong bowel habits. The symptoms of hemorrhoid include anal pain during bowel movement or while sitting, anal itching, raw blood on toilet tissue, stool or in toilet pan, hard lump or lumps near the anus etc.
Ways to cure hemorrhoid, piles:
1. Acute constipation and straining while emptying bowel is the leading cause of most hemorrhoid/piles cases. So get rid of your constipation by eating a fiber rich diet, taking plenty of water and other fluids and also some over the counter laxative. This will surely cure your hemorrhoid problem.
2. Do not take caffeine or alcohol, for they de-hydrate your body and make your stool hard.
3. Switch to the right bowel habit. Do not strain too much while moving bowel and empty your bowel as soon as you feel the urge.
4. Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes to be able to move bowel smoothly.
5. Hemorrhoids can also be cured by treating them with treatments like rubber band ligation, infrared coagulation, cryotherapy and injection sclerotherapy.
6. You can also remove hemorrhoid surgically. The surgery is called hemorrhoidectomy.
7. Yoga can help you manage your hemorrhoids.
8. You can also try out the following home remedies:
a) Consume radish with black salt to get cured of hemorrhoids.
b) Grind mango seed to a powder and take 2 grams of the powder with honey daily to get rid of hemorrhoids.
c) Sitz bath is a good way of alleviating the discomfort associated with hemorrhoids.
