Celebrity Workouts Or How The Movie Heroes Look So Good

The majority of famous people that we know are in great shape and so it is no wonder that there are a lot of people wishing to find out about celebrity fitness tips.

When it comes to celebrity workouts Jessica Alba is one of the first celebrities that pop into the mind of people. For a while she has been using a 40 minute workout that consisted of 10 minutes of cardio: jogging, running and then jogging again. Then she moved on to celebrity fitness exercises with dumbbells having 3 sets of 20 reps of exercises including lateral shoulder raises, reverse flys and alternating forward lunges combined with biceps curls.
Then she moved on to cardio again, consisting of light jogging and sprinting. Again she performs celebrity workouts with dumbbells, more precisely chest presses, squats combined with shoulder presses, and triceps dips. Then follows another 5 minutes of jogging and sprinting and she finishes her celebrity fitness routine with bicycle crunches, reverse crunches and plank hold for 30 seconds.

Each of her celebrity workouts starts with warming up, usually cardio. Then she performs three sets of lunges, squat to press, bent-over dumbbell row, plank, hyperextensions or leg raise, choosing 2 of the exercises and alternating them. She performs 3 sets, rests a bit and then another 3 sets, with a minute of cardio at the end of the celebrity fitness routine.
It’s not over yet: there are another 3 sets of these exercises, and in the end there is cardio again. The cardio could be made of working out on a treadmill at moderate resistance and then at low resistance.
At the end of her routine she has a cool-down of 1 minute of speed walking.

There is no magic about the workout that she had to get in shape for the movie Transformers. Her personal trainer has been focusing on her body weight circuits and this is why her celebrity workouts included lots of ab circuits, planks, and she always had a cool-down of 30 minutes of cardio.

She doesn’t really have a strict routine when it comes to working out: she just dances, does yoga, and also some cardio exercises, not to mention the weight training that she has from time to time.
As you can see, celebrity workouts aren’t something out of this world, just regular sets of exercises.
