You can expect to see the physical signs of pregnancy starting with the second month, so this could be considered an important milestone. What to expect?

The beginning of experiencing the 2 months pregnancy

When you get to be 5 weeks pregnant, you should know that the baby is about one millimeter. This is the moment when the neural tube starts to develop, the heart and the blood circulatory system begins to develop and also the mesoderm. The vital organs are created too, including the intestines, lungs, pancreas, thyroid, urinary system and liver.

The mother doesn’t really see a bump in this period, and this is the perfect time to start exercising, in case you haven’t started yet. Also you will have to give up alcohol and smoking. During this time you can experience fatigue, breast tenderness, frequent urination, skin darkening around the nipples and morning sickness.

In the moment when you get to being 6 weeks pregnant you should know that this is the period when the cheeks, nose, chin, ears and eyes of the baby are being formed. The liver, kidneys and lungs are also forming and at this moment ...
... the heart of the little one beats 80 times per minute.

Although there might not be external changes, you should know that there are a lot of things changing inside you. Your hormones change, your kidney becomes more efficient, and the uterus starts pushing down your bladder.

When women get 7 weeks pregnant the little one that they have in their uterus looks very much like an alien. Nonetheless the good news is that the knees and the toes also start to form.

Because of the hormones the mother could still have mood swings. Also you can see that you are more emotional than usually. This is the time when you have to take care of your energy level and you should get plenty of rest.

The second part of 2 months pregnancy

The ears, nose and even the eyelids become visible when you are 8 weeks pregnant. In case of an ultrasound you can see the pulmonary and aortic valves. Also the torso of the little one is growing and it is getting straightened.

When the mother is 9 weeks pregnant, the little one is of about the size of a grape. This is the time when the four chambers of the baby’s heart get developed, and the sex organs appear.
