Who would not want to go play with their grand children in the park? Who would not desire to go out for shopping with family members? Who would not enjoy going out with family and friends for holidays and outings? Every human being does enjoy every bit of outing with their loved ones. Due to either some fatal accident or due to some major disease, some individuals would be affected extremely, making them go through a bad phase in their life and be disabled i.e. not being able to carry on with their basic chores without any help. Being disabled is not a crime, neither is being old crime. Getting old is a phase every human would go through, so discarding such individuals would be a crime. Instead should find a way out for such individuals to be able to live life to the fullest, despite of being disabled or weak due to the growing age.
