Dyson vacuums cost around four hundred dollars and up, depending on the model.

For a quiet bagless vacuum at a lower cost, the Hoover EmPower is a great choice. The highest rated budget bagless vacuum by Consumer Reports, the Hoover EmPower is quiet in general, but also offers a feature called ‘Hush Mode.' When in Hush Mode (accomplished with the flip of a switch), the EmPower is almost noiseless. Costing around one hundred dollars, it is a very good deal.
