The question of whether Swansea can manage to survive in the Premier League is another matter, but it's wonderful for their sponsors to have struck gold in such a manner, especially as they have demonstrated a will to work with a smaller club, one that might not get as much interest as the Barcelona's of this world, but which all the same have an ardent group of supporters.

The trend of internet bookies and casinos sponsoring sports clubs and sports events looks set to continue for a fair while yet and it can only be great news to see money earned from customers gambling on sport being put back into the clubs, sportsmen and women and competitions themselves.
