Ceramic grills have become the rage among fans of grilling, smoking and people who basically enjoy cooking outdoors. The Big Green Egg, which comes out as an egg-shaped grill, is both a griller and smoker which can be a safe way to have barbeque weekends.

Many families who have fun cooking outdoors have chosen to invest in this kind of griller/smoker because of its obvious good points. It may come out expensive compared to standard grillers, however, the less amount of coal used makes it an efficient and cost-effective way to have barbecque.

So if you often cook for just two or three people, the smaller griller/smoker should work. For larger groups or gatherings, you can choose from either medium or large models. Evenly grilled meat can still be enjoyed no matter which griller size you get.
