Who doesn't like to barbeque or grill or even smoke that perfect meat and get it to that point where it literally melts in your mouth? This is only possible with the best of grillers and among those ‘best’ is the Big Green Egg. This is the one griller, smoker and barbeque equipment which will transform your barbequing experience.

There is the standard grill, and then there is this other one which is shaped like an egg. With the use of the open grill which has a lid, meat might be grilled effectively however, the flavors are just not pleasing enough. In fact, one of the main complaints of barbeque or grilling fans is that there's no way to control getting that meat to dry out and taste like cardboard if the attention is not focused on it the entire time. For the ceramic grills however, this would be not likely.

The ceramic grills are the key difference here. Regular grills use steel or even cast iron for their material and both of these can't regulate the heat well enough. Which could only mean that you cannot control how high or how low the temperature is going to be. For grills with lids, only one touch can ...
... injure you with minor or even major burns. Now for the ceramic grills, you wouldn't have to worry about burning your hand accidentally. In fact, the warmth stays inside the egg-shaped grill effectively cooking through that meat without drying it out or causing it to lose all of the important juiciness.

The technique to using the ceramic grills can also be different. For one thing, the amount of coal as fuel is not as much as those compared when using a regular grill. As a matter of fact, you could even reuse the coal that has been left from the previous cooking. But what sets this grill apart is that you simply don't have to stand by and check up on the meat each time. By closing the lid and adjusting the thermostat control, the griller can join their family and friends until the timer goes off if there is one.

The ceramic grill is a technology that has been around for a thousand or two thousand years, it is a very old technology and it is just currently that Americans and the rest around the globe are getting to fully enjoy the advantages of this excellent egg shaped griller.

Komodo Kamado is the best cooking, most efficient and aesthetically perfect outdoor cooker on the market. Kamado is a Japanese word for an earthenware cooking vessel. There are many Kamados on the market, the Big Green Egg is also a Kamado. About 8 years ago, I started on the Komodo Kamado project. We took the product in a radically new direction from all the other companies by using the worlds most durable materials for high temperature containment, refractory cements. We then took it one step further by adding two layers of actual insulation. This along with casting the straps into the body, making it self opening, using the finest methods of fabrication and only 304 stainless steel put Komodo Kamado into a class of it's own. While in the same category it's like comparing a Model T to a new luxury car in both performance and user's experience. For more Kamado grill review please visit our website.
