Htc Radar Will Certainly Make You Proud To Have It
HTC has been quite successful in the last few years, but it has been largely owed due to the Android operating system and its success. Now, the company is planning to shift its focus towards other segments as well in order not to be reliant on one operating system alone. The launch of the Windows Phone 7 running phones was mainly attributed towards this strategy. Even though the original Windows Phone 7 operating system did not turn out to be as successful as the company had hoped, it is still persisting with the operating system. The launch of the Mango version of this operating system is expected to do the Windows Phone 7 OS a world of good, and the HTC Radar will be among the first phones to enjoy this fruit of labour.
The HTC Radar is phone that has already been seen in the industry in the form of the HTC Trophy, but the HTC has made significant changes to the features both within and outside the phone to make it look extremely unique. The tweaking of a number of features has ensured that the HTC Radar looks extremely wonderful unlike the HTC ...
... Trophy. The dimensions of the phone are also extremely good, with the phone weighing just 137 g in total. This is extremely impressive considering that the phone itself has a large 3.7 inch WVGA resolution display. This display uses the Super LCD technology unlike the high-end phones from HTC, which used the Super Clear LCD display unit.
This, however, produces only subtle changes to the behaviour of the display, which does not change the fact that it is one of the best looking in the industry today. The HTC Radar is equipped with an internal memory of 8 GB, which will come in handy when the need arises to get the entertainment from the phone. Of course, the phone runs on the Windows operating system, which in itself provides a number of business options along with entertainment options. The various Microsoft Word applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook are all present in the HTC Radar, which means that the phone can be best used for entertainment and business options.
The HTC Radar has a very powerful 1 GHz processor that relies on the snapdragon chipset and the Adreno GPU for delivering high end performance that is necessary to handle a demanding operating system like the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango. The HTC Radar has 512 MB of RAM that has designed to assist the processor, but will also help you when it comes to the need of multitasking at its highest level. The presence of the five megapixel camera that provides the autofocus and LED flash options makes the images look good, while the 720 p HD video recording option enhances the videos massively. The five megapixel camera in the rear is joined by the VGA camera in the front, which will be used for video conferencing. The HTC Radar is available for pre-order in the UK.
Besides that you may also wish to take a look at HTC Incredible S for other available deals.
