Three Tips For Your Japanese Learning
First of all, learn spoken Japanese. Lots of Japanese learners always feel puzzled that whether they need to learn to speak Japanese first, or they need to learn Japanese hiragana, katakana, and kanji in the written Japanese form. This is really a question mark, but I think it is better to choose the spoken format of Japanese first. There are at least two reasons for you.
The first reason is that no matter which language you learn, you in the beginning have no idea of the written form of it. You see, when you were very young, you didn't know how to speak your first language. That time I think you even couldn't learn to pick up a pen to write anything meaningful. You parents this time told you some easy words and phrases for you to follow. Yes, you did so and repeated them many times and learned them finally. But you never wrote any word! Choosing spoken Japanese is the same way. You the spoken Japanese and then the basic rules in it make you learn more deep things in it. Of course you also can use this way to learn other language such as Korean with Rosetta Stone Korean ...

The second reason is that it will be easier for you to learn the written form of Japanese once you have learned the spoken one. You see, if you don't understand the pronunciation and meaning of the words in Japanese, how can you make sure that you will learn this language well in the future to come? This time you can pick up some renowned language software like Rosetta Stone Japanese to help you with your spoken Japanese, for this one is focused on teaching students spoken Japanese.
Second, try to speak aloud while practicing Japanese. Learning language is for using it. But before you can use it well, you have to practice it as much as you can so that you will use it well in the future. Now you don't have to follow the so called "golden tips" to read Japanese textbooks, audio tapes and other materials. It is really not so beneficial to you. Instead, you should try to speak loudly the stuff in Japanese you have learned before. If I stress "loudly", and I have to stress "clearly" too. If you speak clearly and then you will be communicating with the native Japanese well. Certainly you can also imitate them to speak your Japanese. It is a feasible way. Or if you choose Rosetta Stone Japanese this time, you will learn such skills too.
Third, repetition. If you think repetion is something tedious, it really is! But if you think it is pointless practicing like that for anything, your view is pointless this moment! Repetion can help you learn more spoken Japanese easily with efficiency. If you learn a new Japanese word, don't just read it for several times, and then leave it alone until you forget it finally! This is really bad! What you should do now is to repeat the word you have learned until you memorize it finally without difficulty to perform it. But your repetition shall not only be restricted to repeat Japanese words. Instead, you may repeat Japanese sentences or even conversations you like so much. No wonder, this way will help you enormously!
