Sydney Festival 2011
Established in 1788 as the site of the first British colony in Australia, Sydney has become the largest and most populated city in the island continent comprising a multicultural, international population, as it also serves as a center for international commerce, fashion, education and tourism, moreover to arts, entertainment and music including its most major annual event, the Sydney Festival and the most recent Sydney Festival 2011.

Since the Sydney Festival 2011, with almost a million guests was the most attended cultural event in the island continent of Australia, hopes are for the Sydney Festival 2012 to exceed that number of visitors.
