For students as well as those wanting to have a career change, there are enough reasons to smile, at least with regards to the careers. By this method, those seeking a career change are mostly benefited. Campus interviews and tests are a common thing in many colleges of engineering and management, where students in large numbers are selected by the companies and this is seen mostly in the software industries. By the campus sections, various students have got placements in top multinational companies with hefty salaries.

The same positions can also be achieved by people who have the requisite experience and this has been possible through the walk-in interviews. The companies on the other hand are also benefited as they get suitable candidates, by such rounds of interviews, who might not have appeared in the campus selections. It helps in increasing the talent pool in the company and therefore, such walk-in interviews are also conducted by the companies at regular intervals. This has proved beneficial for the aspiring candidates as well as the companies and has therefore been accepted with a new enthusiasm for recruitment.
