There may come a time in your life when you need counseling. You may need marriage counseling, family counseling, grief counseling, or some other type of therapy. All you need is a computer, an Internet connection (preferably high speed), a web cam ($10 - $20), and one of the many popular messaging systems that is video enabled, such as MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, or Skype, all of which are free.

A video counselor can help you address a wide variety of issues, and can even conduct couples therapy and family therapy via video counseling. Depending on the services offered by your video counselor, your video counseling may also include counseling via email, phone, or online chat.
