What Is The Relationship Between Insomnia And Dream
We often hear some people said: They couldn’t sleep well and have dreams all the night. So, they can’t study well or work well during the night. It seems more dreams really affect their sleep quality and lead to lacking of sleep. However, dreaming and dream recall is not is not the target of deep of sleep. Dreaming doesn’t mean people have never sleep well at night.
Dreaming is a common physiological phenomenon, no matter you have any memories of dreams or have a sense of dream you must dream four to five times every night. Someone said they have dreamt all the night is an exaggeration, but if you told me you had never dreamt during sleep is not realistic.
According to many experiments, the sleep cycles of some patients who always have dream are as same as the normal people. Complained of insomnia and sleep with no dreams or dream dreams people have said it refers to a sense of a dream. The dream also relate with a sense of emotional factors and personality characteristics.
