India is the place for delicious, mouthwatering cuisine. From North to South, it offers huge variety of dishes influenced by different races at different point of time. Be it pure Mughlai dishes, exclusive Rajasthani cuisine, Bengali sweets or South Indian delicacy of Idli, dosa bada; in every portion of the country, India presents something new, different and fresh.

However, not only in North or South India, the food culture varies a large deal from West to Eastern part of the country also. Where in the Konkan region and Maharashtra, people prefer having vegetarian cuisines, fish dominates the taste buds of the Eastern part specially the Bengalis. Goa being a colony of Portuguese and Dutch colony, offers a food range which is very different from the whole India. Sea food is the main attraction of the place. The coastal area is rich with thousand different types of fishes making Goa a famous place for foreign tourist.
