Living Down Under In Serviced Apartments Sydney-00-5776

With better weather, awe-inspiring landscapes and buzzing cities, Australia’s a great place to work and nowhere more so than Sydney, with its world-class cuisine, creativity and numerous business opportunities.
However, it is never an easy matter to relocate to another country, particularly one on the other side of the world, and it can be especially difficult to find somewhere to live. The serviced apartments Sydney has to offer provide an ideal interim option while you look for somewhere more permanent; they should also help you distance yourself from the hordes of tourists who visit the city each year, and feel like a fully fledged Sydney resident straight away. However, when you’re new to a city, it can be difficult to know how to spend your free time. Luckily there are plenty of hidden gems throughout the city, sometimes where you’d least expect them.
The majority of the serviced apartments Sydney has to offer are based in the central business district (CBD), which is the city’s commercial heart and which runs from Circular Quay in the north to Central railway station in the south. The area is a ...
... business mecca, densely packed with skyscrapers and home to the headquarters of most Sydney corporations. But that doesn’t mean that there’s not plenty to do: several parks and the Royal Botanic Gardens provide small oases of calm, while the area is also home to some of Sydney’s best museums, including the Art Gallery of New South Wales, famed for its collection of Australian art.
Outside of the CBD, other districts offer an eclectic range of architecture, culture, bars and restaurants. Just north of the centre, The Rocks and Circular Quay offer a fantastic range of restaurants, but if you want to avoid the tourists, head further out to the arty districts of Glebe or Newtown in the west or Darlinghurst in the south, or to the refined boutiques of Paddington or Woollahra. There’s no need to stay in these districts to enjoy what they have to offer – Sydney’s excellent public transport system will take you promptly from your serviced apartment to wherever you want to be.
The serviced apartments Sydney has to offer tend to sit in modern, air conditioned buildings with extensive on-site facilities, such as restaurants, gyms and swimming pools. This means that it is easy to retreat from the hustle and bustle - not to mention the heat – in the evenings and weekends. However, if you’re feeling a little more active, leave the city and head inland to higher altitudes, where you can visit vineyards, historic towns and rugged mountain ranges.
