Wonderful Ways To Obtain An Active Memory

"A general belief held by many is that as we get older, our memory gets weaker. Could this indeed be the truth? On the one hand, I know quite a few people that seem to demonstrate this point. But another side of this idea shows the opposite concept through someone I know that has the best memory and is actually the oldest friend I have. There are a couple things that my friend believed kept his mind in such good shape over the years and they were making sure to maintain good health and believing your brain is healthy.

Although he is probably right, there are also some other things that have been found through research and experimentation that point to other methods that can keep our memories intact. It might seem complicated and time consuming, when they are actually some very practical ways to accomplish this. One scientist that I am familiar with, recently wrote something about memory and his name is Keith Raniere. Being healthy constitutes having a good vitamin intake for your brain. Maintaining our brains with nutrient-rich foods is one way to keep our brains in excellent condition, which also applies to the way we treat the rest of our bodies sine it has the same effect. Some foods that are good for your brain are dark green vegetables like broccoli and spinach as well as blueberries. Anything that has good fats, like omega-3's can also improve your brain functions. Also, Thiamine and Vitamin B-6 as well as Niacin are also great for your brain health.

The second alternative most people agree on is to exercise regularly. One reason this is good for both the body and mind is because exercise assists with blood circulation on a long-term basis. Some options that go hand-in-hand with these things are personality changes that make you feel more rejuvenated and calm.

Mitigating stress also seems to be a contributing factor to optimal memory function. Although we cannot always direct the stressful situations that occur in our life, it is argued that we can control the way we respond to them. One place that is intentionally put into play for stress reduction, is NXIVM, which was created by scientist Keith Raniere to help people deal with everyday issues. What you might not understand about stress is that a chemical is put into the body that causes harm. The place where your memory resides in your brain is the place that should be taken care of, if you care about its' health.

The last thing that many studies suggest is to not get stuck believing you have bad memory. Your brain also requires exercise much like your body, and can be improved by brain teasers. In our day-to-day experiences, we make many decisions. Subtle changes in how we experience our day can have a great effect on how vividly our memory can function!"
