The number of cartridges required for effective backup can be reduced to 20:1 with the help of the GoProtect software and with data duplication technology. Each time a backup operation is performance, the GoProtect only stores the data that has changed, thus extensively saving disk space. When data is restored, the software automatically reassembles the pieces so you get the complete data file.
All of Quantum RDX disk cartridges are read/record compatible and the users can also flexibly interchange them with all other available with any RDX docks. Choose the space-efficient docking station with USB or SATA interface, which can be easily integrated into a 5.25-inch desktop bay. Furthermore, the user-friendly USB dock is also available which can be easily connected within seconds. The dock has a lifetime of 10,000 load unload cycles and the cartridge has a lifetime if 5,000 load unload cycles. The unrecoverable error rate of these cartridges is 1 error in 1014 bits read.
