3. Couple your artwork with the standard colors so that there should be no contrast appearing in the final design. This is the most common error that printed pouch manufacturers often encounter.
4. Keep your packaging pouch artwork in Adobe Illustrator or PSD format. Mostly, suppliers accept Macromedia Freehand or CorelDraw; however, Adobe is suggested as per the industry standards. Also, the printers want you to store the artwork in three folders, two EPS copies and one PDF.
5. Outlines are must in the artwork. You ought to make outlines around the text of your design. These outlines assure pixel-perfect fonts. And for the safety, you can even mail the fonts to your supplier, which your designer has used in the design.
6. The resolution of the images is also a big concern. Ensure that the image resolution isn’t less than 350 dpi. Otherwise, the images will appear distorted in the design, which will look too odd. Thus, there must be no compromise with the image resolution.
