St. John’s Wart is considered to be an excellent mood stabilizer. It does have the potential to improve low mood and provide emotional wellbeing.

Drinking a cup of chamomile tea is one of the best ways to calm your nerves and to alleviate your mood fluctuations. The root of valerian plan, lemon balm, tea made from passion flower, and Gingko leaf extract area also good home remedies for mood swings. However, these herbs can interfere with certain types of medications and so if you are on any medication, talk with your doctor before starting to take them. Aromatherapy can also be used to balance your mood swings.
